Waitlist

The next-batch waitlist opens Google Forms. It asks for an email address and separate permission to send next-batch notifications. The response is kept privately and used for those updates. It is not a payment or reservation.

Ask to be removed by replying to an update or contacting Beywatch on Discord, including before the first update. Ask for a private contact before sharing your email in a public channel. No fixed retention period has been published yet.

Google processes the form under its privacy policy.

Orders when checkout opens

Payment details will be entered in Stripe-hosted Checkout. Checkout also collects the contact and shipping details needed to process and deliver an order. Payment status and reservation records are used to track the limited batch and handle order support.

Order-data retention and the final order policy are still being finalized. This notice does not enable payment. See order terms & support.

Browser storage & device tools

The site uses browser storage for preferences, cart selection, saved decks and navigation recovery. A checkout attempt can use a cookie so repeated attempts refer to the same reservation. Clearing browser data removes local preferences; it does not cancel an order or remove a waitlist response.

USB update and backup tools run in your browser. Keep private device backups and recovery files out of public support channels.

Site analytics

The site uses PostHog for analytics and error reporting. Where enabled, this can include session replay. Information can include page visits, interactions, browser and device details, identifiers and runtime errors. Analytics may use cookies or browser storage. An additional Google Analytics integration can be enabled in the site configuration.

Contact Beywatch on Discord to ask what information is held or request waitlist removal. Ask for a private contact before sharing personal information. Retention periods and the customer contact details for paid orders must be finalized before checkout opens.
