Reprint the v19 launcher clamp base with its captive clamps. Reuse the matching v18 M5 cradle, M5 snap cover and countersunk sensor retainer. The lowered middle is 18.2 mm wide with straight sides.

Top Mount v19: 4-unit complete QRE kit. Sidecar v7: 6-unit complete QRE kit or 3-unit mount update. The TCRT5000 design uses the mount update plus its separate TCRT v102 sensor plate. PETG is recommended for the mounts, especially captive clamps, M5 cradle snap arms and parts that receive screws. Prefer the matching supplied PETG 3MF. For the PLA-only TCRT sensor, open its saved 3MF as a project, select your printer and PETG profile, retain both HINGE SUPPORT BLOCKER objects and reslice. Do not print saved PLA G-code with PETG. For the three-part Sidecar mount, open the complete Sidecar PETG project, keep the Sidecar launcher adapter, M5 cradle and M5 snap cover with their modifiers, remove the separate QRE sensor parts, and reslice. PLA projects remain available; Prusa geometry projects need slicing. Images are CAD renders. Hardware snapshot b8390371bea6.

Firmware releases

Install with the USB updater.

Use the LaunchLab USB updater for both sensor profiles. The current firmware is 0.13.5; review its release notes before installing. Firmware files and source remain available in the public repository.

QRE1113 and TCRT5000

One firmware, two sensors

From 0.10.18 the same firmware runs the QRE1113 and TCRT5000 sensors. QRE1113 is the default; TCRT5000 builders choose Settings › Sensor profile › TCRT5000 on the device once after installing, and updates keep that choice. The older TCRT 0.2.0 archive is historical and is not the current TCRT5000 firmware.

Older firmware releases for deliberate rollback (0.12.2, 0.11.2, 0.11.1, 0.10.22, 0.10.14, 0.10.11, 0.10.7, 0.10.1)

Use Repair / rollback in the updater to install one deliberately.
